Description

Potassium Citrate is a form of potassium that acts a bioavailable source of Potassium.  White crystal or powder; odourless; taste salty; slightly deliquescence; readily soluble in water or glycerine, almost insoluble in ethanol(Relative density 1.98, it will melt and decompose when heated to 230℃)

Application

Used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalemia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine.
