Sodium cyclamate is an odorless, white crystalline powder. It’s synthetic artificial sweetener that is 30 to 50 times sweeter than sugar -- the least sweet of all artificial sweeteners. In dilute solution. pH (10% solution in water): 6.5. Used as a non-nutritive sweetener. Stable to heat, light and air.
