Description

Sodium diacetate, a 1:1 mixture of sodium acetate and acetic acid, is commonly used as a preservative, flavoring agent and pH adjustment in food.  White crystal with acetic acid odor, easy to absorb moisture; very easy to dissolve in the water, to decompose when heated to higher than 150℃.

Application
Function as food additive(Preservative; antimicrobial agent; mold inhibitor), also function as sequestrant.
