Description

White crystalline powder or flaky crystal. It is soluble in Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid; slightly soluble in water (1.8% at 30℃). It contains free Phosphoric Acid and has the character of hygroscopicity. Its water solution is acidic.

Application

1)      Nutritional supplement in food, aerated agent in baked goods.

2)      Stabilizer, dough modifier, swelling agent, emulsifier.

3)      Buffering agent, Improve the adhesion and water holding capacity of food.
