Description

Calcium silicate is an inorganic substance that can exist in different forms: CaSiO3 or

Ca2SiO4. It is described as a very fine, white or off-white powder with low bulk density

and high physical water absorption. It is commonly used as anti-caking agent in food

ingredients.

Calcium Silicate occurs as a white to off white, free-flowing powder that remains

so after absorbing relatively large amounts of water or other liquids.

Application

1)      Anticaking agent; filter aid.

2)      Candy polishing agent; Yeast sugar powder.

3)      Rice coating agent；deflocculant.
