Description

Tricalcium citrate is supplied as a white, odorless, crystalline powder or fine powder. It is slightly soluble in water and freely soluble in diluted hydrochloric acid. In contrary to other salts, tricalcium citrate is better soluble at lower temperatures. It is practically insoluble in alcohol.

Application

1)        Calcium fortification food, dietary supplements.

2)        Not for use in the preparation of inject able solutions.

3)      Buffering agent, acidity regulator in food, firming agent.
